Usage

The first use is plastic wood flooring, which is connected with the base surface with matching screws and buckles. The floor is arranged and spliced into a whole piece of wood plastic flooring in order. It is mostly used in engineering floors, outdoor squares and courtyard entertainment and leisure areas.

The second purpose is landscape wall and creative buildings. In terms of design compliance, appropriate location and reasonable matching, some buildings, such as landscape wall, terrace shading, roof swimming pool, etc.

The third purpose is to use it as a plate for manufacturing tree pools and flower boxes, as well as leisure integrated benches such as green spaces and squares. Even if the scene allows, it can be matched with other profiles to form simple and heavy fences, fences, etc.

Installation steps

	1.Before installation, it is necessary to confirm that the ground is flat and hard so that the keel can fit on the solid ground. First, use a pistol drill to pierce the keel (M8 drill is recommended) with a spacing of 500mm Then put the keel on the ground, and use the impact drill to lead the hole to the ground at the position of the keel hole (the distance between the keel is recommended to be no more than 350mm) for filling and fixing with plastic expansion bolts, and the screw cap shall not be higher than the horizontal plane of the keel.
2.At the vertical joint of two keels, plastic expansion bolts shall be inserted at the top
	3.If the floor is installed close to the wall, the ridge bone shall maintain a gap of not less than 20mm with the wall.
4.Place the floor along the vertical direction of the keel (the included angle between the floor and the keel is 90 *). The terminal floor can be fixed on the keel with screws to ensure its accuracy as the reference of the subsequent floor.
	5.After the floor is installed, install edge banding as required. At 90 ° angle connection, it is recommended to cut the edge banding into 45 "angle connection.
6.Screw the edge banding to the floor It is suggested that the density should be larger.
