Wood-plastic floor Online Embossing

WPC (Wood Plastic Composite) is a new composite material mainly made of natural wood fibers and plastic. Mixed with some additive chemical materials, such as antioxidant, UV stabilizer, lubricants, pigments etc, it would first form the original state -granule and then it will be produced by professional WPC extruded machine under the high temperature and pressure into the designed shape. And thus it is perfectly gifted the advantages of wood and plastic.

And as to the ingredients of the composite, this kind eco-friendly wood plastic composite materials we produced is mixed with the percentage as following: 30%-35%HDPE,60%-65%wood powder and 10%chemical additives. This material is extruded by professional extruding machine and mould under high temperature and pressure,so our WPC has good weight and the hardness.

The WPC outdoor decking we made the main usage is for outdoor park public places,beauty spot,tourists attractions, and secondly  is for indoor stair steps etc.There are lots of kinds shape of composite decking,like square hollow decking, round hollow decking and solid decking with different width and thickness.And that could meet different requirements of personal use or commercial use.
